Our Services
We provide domestic, commercial, and specialist cleaning services across Ipswich and the surrounding areas, as described on our services pages. The exact scope of work for each booking is agreed with you at the time of quote or booking.
Quotes And Pricing
Quotes are based on the information you provide about your property and requirements. If the condition or size of the property differs materially from what was described, we reserve the right to adjust the quote before work begins. All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
Booking And Cancellation
- Bookings can be made via our website, by phone, or by email.
- We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation charge to cover the reserved appointment slot.
Access And Preparation
You are responsible for providing our team with safe and reasonable access to the property at the agreed time. Please let us know in advance about pets, parking restrictions, alarm codes, or anything else our cleaners should be aware of.
Payment
Payment is due on completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods confirmed with you at the time of booking.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction matters to us. If any part of a clean does not meet our standards, please let us know within 24 hours of the appointment and we will arrange to put it right at no extra cost.
Liability
We carry full insurance and take care to protect your property. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or issues arising from faulty fixtures or fittings that are outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it cannot be limited by law.
Cancellation By Us
In rare circumstances (such as staff illness or severe weather), we may need to reschedule an appointment. We will always give you as much notice as possible and offer the next available slot.

Governing Law
